Everything Tie Down

My name is Christian Gomez, and Everything Tie Down is the story of my family. It is the story of where we come from, what we have worked for, and what we are building together with our own hands.

I literally grew up in this industry. While most kids spent their spring breaks and summers sleeping in or going on trips, mine started at 7 in the morning in a warehouse next to my father. I remember the smell of the shop, the sound of sewing machines, the feeling of cold metal straps in my hands, and the way truck drivers talked to one another with a respect that you do not see in every workplace.

I rolled up straps before I truly understood what a business was. I watched my father work with honesty, patience, and pride. I watched customers trust him, not because of a big corporate brand, but because his word was good. These moments shaped me. They taught me that character is the real product you give to people.

Everything Tie Down came from that upbringing. It was not a business idea or a trend. It was a way of life we already knew.

My sister keeps us organized and types up every order with care. My mom no longer wanted to be a stay-at-home wife, so one day she told us she wanted to be part of the shop. Now she sits at the sewing machine stitching straps with the same love and determination she used to raise our family. When someone holds a strap she possibly stitched, they are holding her pride and her effort.

I work beside my father, the man whose work ethic shaped my childhood. Together we make decisions about the future and think about how to grow in a way that stays true to who we are as a family.
